At Canon Flagship Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your photography and imaging gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the product in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, batteries, chargers, manuals, and warranty cards provided in the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Securely seal the shipping carton and affix the prepaid return label provided via email, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
